Am I the only one who reads the liner notes?

Most of the people I know never even take a glance at the liner notes on a new CD. Unless there are a lot of pictures. I know the print is tiny and hard to read, but it's actually quite interesting to read them. Sometimes they throw a few jokes in which are always great to spot.
How about you, do you read the liner notes?

I read the liner notes of every cd I buy. I love reading all the names of those who made the project what it is. I love reading all the different job titles and the thank you notes. It is probably the main reason why I still buy cds rather than download everything. I like the entire product and I don't get it all with a download, and even if I did I wouldn't like to read it on my screen nor print it out. I like paying for the entire package.

I love reading the liner notes on CDs. Normally, I am looking to see if there are any cover songs on the album, or any guest musicians that I like. But there is almost always something amusing to find in the liner notes, at least on the CDs that I buy. Type O Negative, for example, is great for the silly little jokes and notes that they throw in to their liner notes. Even the latest CD liner, which was written in this faux-Cyrillic font, was worth deciphering for the funny stuff! :)
