What is your favorite car chase?  

my most favorite is from the whacky races when di ck dastardly wins. i also like the bike chase in bmx bandits with nicole kidman.
i like big cars.

I like the car chase in the movie Bullitt. They traveled up and down the streets in San Fransisco back in 1968, starring Steve McQueen.

Well two come right to mind with this. The first one is in "The Dead Pool", it's one of the Dirty Harry movies. It has him driving a car being chased by a toy car (with a bomb in it) and the car of the bomber all through San Francisco. It's a great chase scene.

The other is from "The Hunter' with Steve McQueen. He's chasing these guys through a corn field and you see it all from the air and the designs are cool as they make them.

Hi, Sarahruthbeth22, A few movie chase scenes come to mind but I dont know that I have a favorite. Of course the infamous chase scene in Steve McQueens Bullet, A few scenes from Dirty harry crazy mary and some of the chases in the fast and the furious series. I'm sure theres more, but thats all that comes to mind at the moment. Take care, Terry

I liked a few car chases in James Bond Movies.
1:The scene in "The Spy who loved me" where Bond's car
changes into a submarine.

2: "Die Another Day" car chase scene in 2 highly advanced (and certainly out of reality cars) on very Heavy Ice and Snow.

3: Car chase scene in "Lethal Weapon 4" .


Then there are a few car chases in Bollywood (Hindi ) movies too ; which have been my favourites.

I love the old muscle cars. I favor the spider and a car that was called 66! I want one soooooooo bad!

They had a really good one in Lethal Weapon I, sarahruthbeth, and also in Gone in Sixty Seconds. I love movies with car chases too. I have seen the ones you mentioned. There is also a memorable one in a Steve McQueen movie, but I forget which one.

For me it would have to be "Foul Play" when they are going up and down the hills of San Francisco with various comic mishaps, the greatest of which is the Japanese tourists saying "Kojak, bang bang!" That movie never fails to crack me up even though it is hopelessly dated in many ways. It's fantastic!!

My favorite car chase is the one in Bullit. It started in San Francisco and seemed so innocent. You could see the bad characters looking for Bullit, and how they went down the San Franciso streets, and out into the highway until it ended. That is considered the classic of all car chases.
