| |  i just had jasmine tea this morning, because i ran out of green tea. just 3 sips of it, then i got palpitations, and my head became light, i had short breaths, i thought that i would pass out. i ran to the nurse who's just a room away, to have my bp taken. it was normal but my palpitations didn't stop it was racing. i thought maybe the tea had something to do with it, and she said that her husband also have had palpitations with jasmine tea. i checked what i just put in, and i remember i've cooked a handful of the tea leaves in a 500 liter water. was it too much? did the jasmine tea caused my palpitations?
