Did You Go to Summer Camp...

as a child? I remember some of my fondest memories were from my summer camp, Camp Campbell. We would have a blast; from swimming to crafts to just messing around, it was a great time. I still have friends from those camps that I talk to occasionally thanks to social networking websites like Myspace and Facebook.
Anyways, back to the topic. Did you spend anytime at Summer Camp when you were growing up? Do you send your kids to summer camp? Are they day camps or full-on sleepover camps? I went to a sleepover camp and it was awesome!

I went twice. It was called Camp Wawona and is in California. It was pretty fun. I went to the horse riding one where we rode on trails and camped out in a meadow, etc. Very nice!

Sounds like a good time. I have never ridden a horse, there were a few times when I could have gone, but I chose other activities. I remember we would go out and camp out, too, for one of the nights we were there.

I dont go to summer camp anymore when I was a kid though I use to go every summer pretty much for the whole summer I use to go to basketball camp which was fun I went to hockey camp for one summer when I was 13 I went to tennis camp at the ymca and my favorite camp of all was horse back riding camp now I had a lot of fun at that camp and wish I could still go.
