How Does TMZ know things Before Others?

I know News Stations and Reports have ins to the industry but how in the world does TMZ break news about something that person they are talking about doesn't even know? They get their news quick. Same question goes for Paporatzi. How do they know Britney is coming in from a flight in the Bahamas or something? How in the world do they get there that fast? How do they know? Sometimes I think people like Britney give tips to certain Paps for money. I just don't get how they know everything so quickly. I guess that's why they are so big. They get info before anyone else.
