What is Thrombosis

Some days ago I lost my aunt to Thrombosis. It was a bolt from the blue. She complained of intense pain in the leg which could not be cured by pain killers. Much to our surprise, she who was up and about a few minutes ago, was in agony. Thrombosis is a clot which forms in any part of the body and blocks blood supply to that part. They may be dissolved by medication, but if they disrupt, they move into the blood stream and can block any other artery where is lodges. The alternative is to cut off the affected area. It was a miserable alternative but by Gods Grace, He picked her up in His arms. She has a daughter who is a sickly heart patient and this aunt was the main support of her daughter. Now she is left all alone to look after herself. It is very sad, for she is usually sick, and we can only do so much as we all are married. Pray for her.
