There is are people who are just very hard to deal with. There is this one person who, I suppose, likes me as someone who this person can look up to. Let's call this person by the name Sand. Sand is always tagging around. The thing is, I want Sand to learn independence, and Sand needs to discover what he has inside. I don't know how to deal with Sand, I might hurt the person's feelings. Lately, the thought of Sand makes me so stressed out. I think I have a responsibility for this person, but this person makes me so stressed out. What do you guys think should I do? Do some people make you feel stressed too?

I would handle this by making this person feel good about himself. I would tell him that he is capable of doing these things for himself and that is what he should do. You are not tagging along with someone, and neither should he. If he looks up to you, tell him you think he has the potential you already have, and that he is capable of doing things on his own.

May I ask who is Sand to you? You did not state the relationship between both of you except that you THINK you have a responsibility for this person. Perhaps he idols you and is learning from you? Tell him your concerns and ask him what he will do if he is in your position. That might make him help to think of some solution for you.
