baby birds in nest - baby birds

This morning I had an argument with my fiance. The window where our AC is, must be either in the side or in the bottom, but there's a bird's nest. Every morning and during the day time you hear the chirping. I mean, it clearly gets so loud you have to raise your voice to talk, but I think it's the cutest thing ever! My fiance on the other hand thinks it sucks because he can't sleep in on days he's able to. This morning we went at it because all of a sudden, I hear him pouding on the AC sort of like trying to make them either go away or pound hard enough to make the nest fall. Oh my god, I let out a loud scream! I asked him how dare he do that to innoscent little babie birds. It's not their fault their momma made the nest there. I begged him to stop and to let them be. I fear when I'm not there he'll try something. What do you suggest?? I'm so mad at him, we havent' spoken to all day. I mean so the birds are keeping you up due to chirping, get some hearoes for your ears and call it a day, but don't abuse them! What would you do in this situation?

It isn't the baby birds' fault that their mommy made her nest there..He just needs to relax..Pounding on the AC will only cause problems..Just leave them alone and eventually they will fly away...When they are gone, take the nest down, hopefully she will not rebuild there..they should be leaving the nest soon..being summer and all, good luck..

I know it's not their fault, isn't it so sad.. I mean, I spoke to him a couple of hours ago. I asked him if he did anything since I didn't hear chirping, but he assured me he didn't do anything and that he promised he wouldn't. My evil eye got him worried enough that I'd kill him before he kills the little babies. So we'll see :). Thanx for the luck wish, I sure need it.
