| | Yes I totally agree with you, on that one. i just can't wait to see him in a dramatic role (besides Summerland), I like musicals but sometimes you need a little more variety. I'm just hoping he doesn't get stuck (or type casted) into leading "musical man" roles. | | | |

| |  I think Kevin Bacon is leaving some big shoes to fill and I hope this doesn't hurt Zac's career. Footloose was a classic and I have a feeling that people are going to criticize the movie before they even see it. However, look how successful Hairspray has become so maybe this could work for him.
I hope he doesn't become one of those actor's that just does musicals because he is a fantastic actor and I would love to see him appearing on the big screen more frequently!

| |  I think its possible because that is what he's really good at. although it is good to have variety, sometimes it doesnt work. for example, jim carrey is a known comedian. even though he did that one horror film, he is still more commonly in comedies. there is absolutely nothing wrong with doing just musicals. i should know. it's all i've ever done. it's just like jim carrey with comedies. musicals just work for zac.
