What's the best clams dish for you?

The best clams dish for me is my husband's "clams in white wine & garlic" recipe.
Its a very simple dish actually, heat some olive oil in a pot, add some onions, lots of garlic, lots of parsley, then add the clams. Then add some white wine (i dunno how much he puts) then let it cook 'til the clams opens & half of the amount of wine left.
And the best part is, serve it while its hot and with love. Compliment it with garlic bread & a bottle of white wine.

oh. i love it baked in butter and cheese. i love the smell of butter and the melting cheese just right after it's been oven baked. ofcourse, not to forget garlic and onions and a little chopped bits of red bell peppers. oh! you're making me crave for one!... anne
