Do you hold back tears or do you let it roll down ?

it depends. if there is someone around, i will try to hold back my tears coz i think it's embarrassing. for example, when i watch TV with my family and become very moved by some programmes, i will try to hod back my tears. but if there is no one around, i will just let tears roll down.

Let them roll down I think its the best way of showing your emotions and it makes you feel better
