I have received an e-mail containing an attachment with the extension '.key' It is a key i have been waiting for to turn a trial program into a fully functional version of the program (Kaspersky Internet Security v6) - but it is telling me there is no program to open the extension? Can anyone please offer any help? Thank you - any replies to my inbox at 'bigyin80@blueyonder.co.uk' Thanks Peter W

When all else fials and I can't figure out what file opens it, I try it with notepad. Alot of times you can discern some information from the file if you simpl,y look at it's contents. There are also programs that you can use to look at the binary information of a file to try and determine it's information.
