bed and breakfast

I would like to start a small bed and breakfast of 10 rooms and a conference room. can you help me with floor plans. these rooms will be an extension of an exsisting house.

hw much is the floor area? first of all c whether u'll b going for single bedrooms or double, wht abt bathtubs in bathrooms, u will prefer them or not? U can keep same concept in all rooms or u can also apply different themes in all others
