Is Haneefs detention in Australia in solitary confinement unfair ?

I've been following these events quite closely. Based on what the Australian authorities have said so far, the grounds seem very flimsy and unfair. Do they actually have more evidence which is sensitive and hence kept a secret or are they just desparate/paranoid and treating an innocent man like a hard criminal. Are they justified in treating him like a terrorist when they do NOT have hard evidence for the same? Is the long delay in the court case just an excuse to keep him longer in detention? Or is haneef actually guilty. What are your opinions.

As the case going on is getting dodgy we can't say he is guilty or not.I felt very sorry at the way he is being treated in the cell. The way they'd clad him in jail dress, all barefooted. It just wells up my tears. If he turns out to be innocent then the mental torture they put him will be irreparable. He will suffer a lot in the later part of his life.I am also happy to hear 500 Aussie citizens came forward yesderday to protest for Haneef.Hope they solve this case faster and more humanly.
