pluto???  | |  is it true that pluto will be nearer our planet this July?
a friend of mine told me that pluto will be seen as clearly as the moon this coming july 27, 2007.

Unless it's orbit radically changes, Pluto will never be as easy to see as the moon.
It isn't even much bigger than the moon, so it would have to get as close to the Earth as the moon is in order to be seen that well.
