Hi dear friend...
Ground nut??
I like it too much...
I used it to take while watching Television... But the rate of ground nut is going up... Now in Kerala the rate of ground nut is 46 rupees... Its very much good for health.. It contains too much protein.. The body builders used to take it every time...
Here it mostly used as roasting item... It roasted in hot soil. Alittle amount of salt is also added to it... Here every where, in bus stand, railway station etc the pupils used to sell it... Some times doctors adviced to take ground nut more because of its richness in protein..
Ground nut is multi purpose using thing.. Because its cake can be used to extract oil.. Its oil is edible oil... After the extraction of this oil, the cake can be used to feed animals...
It also used to put in juices just for a show in some cases and also for making it too tasty...
Here ground nut is also available with its cake also.. Each one contain two nuts.. The whole pack want to roast inorder to get nuts from it...
Thats all dear friend... Thank you....
See you....

Ground Nuts are seedy nuts, with a thick skin on it and with ground nut seeds inside. These seeds can be eaten raw, by just frying without oil, or in sand, by boiling in vapour or water or mixing with chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and deep frying in oil. From thee seeds, oil is extracted and used for cooking. It is good for health. In India in all the places it is sold and people for time pass, buy it and eat.
