How do you put your change into a vending machine?

When using a vending machine do you put change into it in a particular order, or just randomly? I usually put the change in order from largest coin to smallest coin. How do you do it?

I ALWAYS put change in from larger value to smaller. It makes me nervous not to do it this way, almost like the machine will miss count it it if it goes in in any other order.

That's pretty much the same feeling I get, cjgrooms. I wonder why that is.

Most of the time I just put the change in any old how. My problem is usually finding the right change for the machine :-)

I know what you mean, seems like more and more I use bills instead of change anyway.

I always start with the change in order of highest value first.

Generally, I place the larger coins (in size not value) into the coin slot first.
