I'm having a tea party for my 2 year old little girl and ideas on food, dress, and the set up? Thanks in advance.

food- finger sandwiches (just take white bread, and make sandwiches then cut into 4 triangles!) some flavors: peanut butter and jelly, hummus and lettuce, cheese and pickle, jam, honey and butter, peanut butter and honey, cream cheese and cucumber. Instead of a cake you might consider cupcakes. They could be decorated to match the colors you pick for the party, and would be much easier for children her age to handle/eat/enjoy.
drinks- iced tea, juice, fruit juice mixed with club soda to make sparkling juice, cider, lemonade, limeade, (all served in tea pots of course!)
dress- get her a fun party dress, fancy and such. For the other kids I would provide some cheapie jewelery you can buy at the party store so that even if they don't come dressed up they have something fun to wear. You could also get some big straw floppy hats for everyone and tie a ribbon/bow around the hat so that it's like a hat someone would wear to tea at the Kentucky derby.
Set up- I would set up a large table in your backyard (or a room in your house if you don't have a backyard) Use a plain tablecloth with a lacy runner or lacy doilies. Use tea cups (can be bought for very cheap at stores like Ikea, or thrift stores) and little tea saucers. The kids can have their food on the tea saucers.
