Example: A French National, work in the Netherlands, having a British Secretary, Lunch with her at Italian Restaurant, drive Benz Car (German), dine and dance at Swedish discotheque, weekends at Alps Switzerland.
Is it dream come true for many in this or similar fashion?

Well, I work together with foreigners every year. We share the same office. We have a lot of fun working together. I love their good sense of humor. I just wonder whether this can be called the international life style you talk about. But this is part of my life style, I think.

Yes this can also be called international style of living. But actually speaking, it is to marry different national, eat someother country's food, work in a foreign country etc. etc. as explained earlier. My neice married a British, they are now living in USA, her food was Indian and now she [prefers chinese food almost everyday or continental.
