I use either Ambien Cr or Lunesta..is that bad?  

I have a hard time staying asleep but with the help of some Xanax sometime..and Ambiem Cr or Lunesta I can get a good nights sleep..they say on the package you can take these for an extended time..but what is the effects? getting hooked..??i have sleep apena and i tried three different cpap machines..cpap, c flex..and another one that was $3000.but my insurance company rented it..but i returned it..i can't stand this mask on my face..i told my doctor..this is why he prescribed drugs to get me used to the machine..but the drugs are fine..but the cpap causes me to freak out..really bad..so any ideas?
