I don't know if this is available for all countries or only the US. I typed my phone number in google and to my surprise in the page result I got my name next to my phone number along with a map. I clicked on the map link and it took me to the mapquest site: And there they show how to get to my address. Isn't this scary? Anyone who got my phone number can find out exactly how to get to my house! And it's all there available on google. Fortunately, there is a way to ask google to delete you from the list. I clicked on the link and then I hit the delete link. It takes 48 hours for your information to get deleted from google.

This is indeed kind of scary as it allows people to both find your phone number and your address depending upon the types of searches they do. I am not listed with the type of listing that you are referring to however because I listed my phone number on some of my web pages along with a mailing address people can type in my phone number and get information about me or type in my name and ask about a phone number and get my phone number. I typed in the number of my sister and brother-in-law in Iowa and it automatically took me to a listing such as the one you refer to. My sister hates the Internet anyway and would be very disturbed to find that instructions for getting to her house were online. I am surprised that there is not a listing for my mother. Maybe her number is unlisted. Thanks for sharing this useful bit of information.
