If it is just a brother & a sister for your answer, it is not correct. That would make either the lawyer or the doctor have a brother due one of them being female.
Exmaple: doctor = female lawyer = male that means the doctor would have a brother and it clearly states "We have no brothers."

I'm not sure I understand...wouldn't it have to be 3 girls, as if there are 2 boys (the doctor and the lawyer), then each boy and the girl would indeed have a brother.

Interesting. I would have never gotten this one right if I would have tried guessing it earlier. This is good.

Without reading the comments to potentially find out the answer, I think maybe he is talking to himself in a mirror. This person is both a doctor and a lawyer.
Or, he is a time traveler and is talking to his past or future self (and again, is both a doctor and a lawyer)
