| |  Yeah, steam inhalation helps a lot especially with clogged nose or sinuses. What I discovered and read at Readers' Digest is chicken soup. It is a remedy I always use when having a bad cold and cough. It helps very much in loosening phlegm.

| |  I am really very much in trouble with cold. I get cold very soon and once in it takes around 7-10 days whatever treatment or medicines I take. Medical Science have no good treatment for cold. Some natural herbs really help to minimise it.
