what to do to get out of a real bad mood after d sleep ???

It often happens that inspite ofa deep sleep we end up in the morning with a real swinging head and not the kind of the start of the day we have wished.... What to do to get out of it...suggestions...

make a new plan and you can concentrate on it, leaving bad mood behind.

1 Take bath 2. Have a cup of coffee, or tea 3. (Optional) Watch comedy movies, just 5 to 10 mins, that's enough for you to laugh! I do it every morning, and it really works!!! Try it!
