oh im not excited about the storm. im excited for its name. LOL but y'know, the PAGASA people are thinking that that storm might help in the current draught that the country is experiencing. ^__^

the weather is weird, because here, it's been raining for two days (nonstop)..

really? here in the philippines the authorities say that we are experiencing a dry spell because it hasnt rained for so long. they actually did some cloud seeding last week but it didnt help to raise the level of a major river dam here.

that's what worries me because i'm from the philippines too, in our city it's raining. and other parts of philippines are not..

i see. it hasnt been raining in our province except for that cloud seeding last week. and its been so hot these days and its annoying coz i was expecting for some cold windy days. ^__^;;

i'm not really sure myself about what is going on, but one thing is certain.

global warning plays a big part in the wheather patterns.

I sooo agree with you on that. even I have been experiencing the effects of global warming! the summer was kinda extended in our province and I don't like hot and warm days. I know even with some little things I do I contribute to the coming of global warming but I am really doing my best to do my part in taking care of the environment. ^__^

the bad thing is, there is drought in the northern part of our country and the farmers are the ones that suffering. but there's a storm now and hopefully it will help bring back the normal level of water in the river dams.

it really is cute! and what's more cuter is its moving towards japan. ^__^;; not that its cute for japan to be striken by storm.. LOL its like usagi's homecoming. LOL

yeah. usagi means rabbit in japanese. and usagi tsukino means rabbit on the moon. LOL could you tell I'm a sailormoon fanatic? ^__^;;
it really is funny. why would they name a storm like a rabbit? LOL here in our country storms are simply given old local names. and they were all female names before. its just until recently that some are given male names.

before storms are simply given old local female names, here in our country. and we couldn't think of any reason except that storms are compared with females since storms are unpredictable and may change directions from time to time like a fickle-minded woman. LOL now they give male names to some storms and we don't know why. ^__^;;

usagi can be a storm alright. and her room can be really a mess like a storm just passed by. LOL its really weird and its funny at the same time. but I was so amused that's why I posted the news here. ^__^ I guess we'll all be remembering sailormoon together. LOL
