grading and renumeration

How do our esteemed friends at myLot grade and allocate funds on our write ups. I feel that the country also makes them biased. I read that two to three write ups and a person earns 30 cents, whereas we write and get ic/write up approximately. Will someone please help me understand how their minds work.
