I don't think voice recognition is a good thing because their are too many people who can imitate another ones voice. I think the finger is better security. I know my wife has a hard time knowing who she is talking to when one of two sisters calls. The rest she can pretty well tell apart.

So often predictions are contained in the premise assumed. She also predicted
a global depression that would be engineered by intelligent people who left their
primary occupations in order to avoid the abuse that employers, politicians,
bureaucrats and customers heap on the smart highly productive intelligent person.
Smart people tend to avoid abusive people, especially so when there is nothing to
be gained by accepting continued abuse.

That is a good prophetic vision. Many writers like Jules Verne have conceptualized things long before they were created. Cheers!!

One more author who predicted many things was Gerge Orwell. In his book 1984 not only accurately predicted the future course the government would take but also based the plat of the book on closed circuit televion. And to think that this book was actually published in 1949.
