Dinner tonight is going to be..chicken and broccoli casserole..

i am making chicken parm with garlic mash potatoes and vegetable.i also made brownies for desssert.especially my kids love them.this is somthing i love to cook,and i pile the cheese on.i make alot of layers with my chicken parm.i use almost 2 full packsages of mozarells cheese.yum

I have no idea what we are going to eat tonight. Yesterday we have baked beans and sausages, Saturday, we had oven fried chicken, and on Friday, left over macaroni casserole, and Thursday, we had pork chops. So I suppose we will have either spaghetti and meatballs or make some more macaroni casserole. Trouble is that I use the whole grain spaghetti and my husband does not like it, so I have to make two pots. I really should get a spaghetti pot, but I suppose it has to have a divider in the middle. Say that's an idea for someone to invent!
