on funds. They charge a fee which I understand. If you have, which ones have you used, and were you satisfied?

I know what you mean..I know some people take a cash advance and then have to pay it back right away the next month..They have to do it again and again..It can get quite expensive..

If it is online transactions, I would think it is much easier for friends to transfer fund to me. I would not use the emergency cash function. It is cheaper to borrow from friends. I am sure friends do not charge interest nor fees.

I found out you can do it online or you can go to the nearest place to borrow the money..The fees are expensive. I would not want to do it because it would cost too much in the long run. Thank you.
