I am new at this advertising on sites

Am I able to use my ref from mylot as an ad on Adbux or Bux.to I have asked them but have not recieved a reply yet ???

I have also seen on here some where ,that someelse was trying to get a e-mail from them and had never recieved any thing from them . I don't think I am going to upgrade with them .
