Do you suffer from Acne?

Thanks for the great link. As a teen I pretty much had good skin and no acne. Sure I would have the random zit or two every now and then, but not a full fledged problem. But these days I have had breakouts on my skin, and in fact it was much worse a few months back. People keep telling me that my face is dirty or that I eat junk food a lot, when that is not true at all. Now I have something to back that up. I guess what makes it worse is unsolicited advice from people with better skins. They feel they somehow have a right, to criticize and constantly advise people with bad skin, when the fact remains that they cannot because the skin type of everyone is different. I guess that aggravates the problem more since people with bad skin are eager to try anything new to solve their problems and more than often it turns out to make things worse.
Thanks for the great site, I've already bookmarked it and I think it will help me in future to take better care of my skin.
