Low Glycemic Index recipes

Hubby's doing a Low glycemic thing to lose weight. I was wondering if you all had any good recipes. :) I've discovered I find better recipes by googling Diabetic recipes than just low glycemic. OH and any ideas for snacks other than nuts?
