| |  At 20 years old my memory is horrible. I'm not sure if it has to do with my PCOS/unbalanced hormones but its gotten to the point where I have to write everything down. I actually have post-its all over my room & the rest of the house haha. My purse alone must have 30 papers in it along with mini notebooks.

| |  My memory is good, I almost never have any of the problems you mentioned. I have never had a good memory for names, but I have a very good memory for numbers and dates. I never lose my car keys. Once in a great while I may not remember a word that I want to use, but that fits with the lousy memory for names.

i think my memory is pretty fine because ever since i was in grade school, i always excelled in things which had something to do with memorizing. lolz. however, my waterloo is solving mathematical equations. lolz.

| |  What I do if I forget something is to return to the place where I thought of that particular thing. It usually works. Your technique might work as well too.

| |  My memory is not good! Yes,i forget what i went looking for,it happens that fast! Sometimes i forget where i put my keys, but i always find them! I do forget my doctor appointments once in a while! I usually mark things on my calender so i don't forget! Is what working?
