any other recipes for tofu?

Same with you I love eating tofu. Have you tried to adobo with tofu? Same ingredients as our local pork or chicken adobo, cube and stir fry the tofu then mix /add it to the adobo as it simmers to cook. You can also add some hard boiled egg. Or if you want to just cook it adobo style without the meat and just the hard boiled egg.
