Call or Contact Center are the jobs "IN" for fresh graduates.

Some people says, they don't want to be involve in a contact center because its not a job fits for a bachelor's graduate. Some contact center hires students if she/he is atleast 2nd year college, good in english and can work in a graveyard shift. But if your going to look at its other side being in a call center can give us more benefits like we will be more fluent in english, we could earn and save alot if your going to spend your money wisely.

yes kreizy and it gives you the chance to have high salary when you get a position. too bad it's not a good job for some other country but we could still be proud that they chose us because our accents are good and neutralized. and we know how to construct a good conversational english also, that would make us proud. plus we have the patience and all.. :)

Here in the USA it is a terrible job. They will hire anyone. Most of them pay $9 or more per hour. If I had a degree I wouldn't ever consider the job.
