| |  Hi bronie, thanks for starting this discussion. You gave me the chance to learn how to exercise by using an exercise ball. It’s really interesting to exercise every part of our body using the exercise ball. I believe if we keep on exercise with this exercise ball regularly definitely weight will lose.
I usually go for jogging in the morning or evening for about half an hour. After that I do some physical exercise so as to keep my body fit.

I have been doing an ab roll on the ball and i thinkit might be working i feel it in my arms and abs the next day.
