Chinese Imports???  

I say buy local. I try to buy products from the country that I am living in. I don't buy anything from China, I never have. I prefer American made or British made. I always try to support the local businesses. I still buy American products even though I am now living in the UK. You get what you pay for. I don't mind paying a little more for our own products.

Well I have two rants...

First this is what kills me with companies going over seas for suppliers and depending on nitwit inspectors to catch this stuff. If we manufactured our own products and bought them from our own homeland companies, we could regulate them much more, cheaper and easier. This is just stupid to go on about homeland security then relax on what we bring in here and sell.

Second gripe is the fact the Toys R us bibs that tested very high for lead are not being recalled. Hmmm many can by anything it appears. So I will not be shopping at Toys R us ever again. They go on my permanent boycott list.
