They have destroyed the main industry of the are I live in. It just keeps getting worse. Yesterday they announced the shutting down of another major automobile plant locally. The business is being moved to Mexico. With so many of our businesses moving south, why are they still so eager to come here? There should be plenty of work in Mexico now, right? Oh! I forgot, they only make a tiny fraction of what the workers here in America were paid. That might explain it.

Well, come to Michigan, the late great auto capitol of the world. This state has been asleep at the wheel for the last 3 or 4 decades. And now it is the depression state. Pretty much the rest of the county has enjoyed good times the last several years. Not so much here. We depended too much on the auto industry and the plants just keep on evaporating.

It is definitely time to quit giving incentives and tax breaks for the other countries to bring in jobs and get our own back. Why would we not give our own the tax breaks to keep them here.

YEA Wise1,By only about 1000% .There is quite a difference between 50 cents an hour and $25 an hour not counting Health Insurance, Workmens Compensation and Social Security .Besides how else can they afford to pay incompetent C.E.O.'s those multi-million dollar salary and compensation packages if they don't sell the rest of America down the river:(
