What is your favorite horror movie and favorite out of sequels?

What is your favorite scary movie of all time? I love scary movies and this was hard for me. But I would have to go with Halloween. Just the concept a little boy killing and then growing up and coming back being indestructable was very new when it came out. I was young when I first saw it and it frightened me because it was in a quiet little neighborhood in a quiet little town like the one I grew up in. And then the fact that he didn't say a word and didn't care who he killed if you were in his way. Very good movie in my opinion Honorable mentions include: Saw, some of the Friday the 13ths, texas chainsaw massacre, and many more that I can't think of at the moment. What is your favorite scary movie?
