Who usually decides what you watch on tv - or it a mutual decision - or does it belong to the first person to get to the tv?

we don't watch much tv in my house, but my boyfriend usually gets control of the remote when we're watching movies (pretty much all we do watch), because I don't like having to move my arm to pause/rewind etc. =P It's my relax time =D

Snort. The remote is the ultimate in lazy man's tools. Oh wait - no that's The Person Who Works the Remote For Malyck. Do you know, I'm going through your discussions - the one's you've responded to - and so far - they're mainly mine!

LOL! and "lol f@g" says Alex. well I suppose I could do that! but it's a bit cold on tonight, so the remote will have to do. I could always take a leaf out of Lady Macbeth's book and use it to get him to kill and become King... of Scotland?

My fiance normally has the TV on when I get home from work, but usually by the time we start eating dinner, he has handed the remote to me. Of course, I'm not a big TV fan, so we usually just watch the same shows we watch every night (all reruns), and then we have a few weekly shows that we've started watching. It's pretty much a mutual decision, though we will usually allow each other our favorite shows that the other one doesn't like as much.

Hi. In our house, television is hardly watched, and when it is, everyone gets the remote, theres no big deal over who gets it... Every settles for whatever channel its put on, most of the programs we watch are all educational anyway, so there no big deal...
