Greenlee is there for Aidan after Di ends their relationship. Amanda bites off more then she can chew when she attempts to control Ava at Fusion. Zach refuses to forgive Kendall for her neglect of Ian. Jamie prepares for his new life in Africa. Zach is touched by Kendall's words at Ian's bedside. Zach fears for Kendall's sanity when he finds her in a stranger's room asking to hold their baby. Jonathan reminds a distraught Annie that they agreed that he would pick up Emma from camp that day. Jonathan and Ryan both realize that something is very wrong with Annie. Ryan is stunned to find that both their cell phones and home phone have been disconnected. Annie suffers a severe asthma attack when she finds her desk covered with rose petals. Babe finds it hard to say goodbye to Jamie. Zach makes a painful visit to Ethan's grave. Ryan and Kendall argue over Spike. Greenlee is caught off guard by Annie's kindness and compassion. Tad investigates Dr. Hilliard. Amanda is stunned when Ava suddenly kisses her. Ava catches JR's eye. Ryan crashes Kendall's appointment with Dr. Hilliard and brings Spike back to the hospital. Zach is angry when Kendall isn't there for Ian's surgery because of Spike, but finally reconciles with her. Zach convinces Kendall to let Ryan take Spike home, but Annie fears for the child's safety because of the mysterious calls she's been getting. Greenlee still wants the doctor to help Spike. Jamie accepts a job working with AIDS patients in Africa and shares a bittersweet goodbye with Babe. Looking to get more publicity, Ava kisses Amanda in front of the photographers. Kendall is convinced her own way is best for Spike. Kendall puts all her faith in a miracle cure.
