Do you ever feel scared to go to sleep?  | |  I've had nights it seemed that no matter what I did I couldn't get to sleep and then when I did I would wake up and couldn't go back to sleep?Some noise in the night or whatever would wake me up.

| | | | | | 1.  cikedo (3254) | 3 years ago |  The only time I can't go to sleep is if I'm thinking too much. I'm not afraid of the dark and I don't have nightmares so there is nothing to really be afraid of. The sounds outside help me to fall asleep, not keep me awake.

| | 2.  soulkeeper16 (1790) | 2 years ago |  I come home and zone out on Mylot for about half an hour before I do anything else. That really helps to shake the blahs from the day. I have that “me time” with a nice hot cup of coffee before I set in on fixing dinner, helping with homework and getting things ready for the next day. Then after all that is done, I go out and have a seat on the porch swing and watch the sun go down. That is always nice in it’s self.
