What's your favorite holiday and why?

For me it's a toss up between Halloween and Thanksgiving. I love Halloween I think it's so fun. I don't live too far from a major tourist destination and people dress up and walk around showing off, go bar hopping and it's just a fun atmosphere. It was the same in the place I lived before. I like Thanksgiving because I love eating all the good food and when I can, getting together with my family. I haven't had a big Thanksgiving gathering with my family in over five years because I moved far away but I still like the concept. I will be home this Thanksgiving so maybe I will get together with more family because usually it's just me and my mother.
