freelotto.....scam or legit.

I recently joined the freelotto and I began to rcv email message from them that I won... I was%$@%^&%#* wow &*$%*&$ the I filled up the necessary blanks then clicked and then in the next page they were asking for my credit card number.... Why????? Good thing I didnt have a credit card yet... But does that mean I'm not going to rcv my check??? Well anyway.... I read thru it I need to send them a self addressed envelope to send my entries because i'm a non us resident. But the thing is its how they say it.... they said congratulations you've won...... Just want to hear comment on this issue.
