which console got u hooked on gaming?

Well playstation was the first console for me. It was really good i was in 8th grade at that time, However my father talks about about atari many times.

The first gaming system I ever played on was also an atari. I wouldn't say that it got me hooked though because I was not allowed to have a gaming console as a kid. My father thought it was too much of a distraction and would turn my mind into mush. As a result, I was stuck only playing video games either on my computer (and we weren't allowed to buy that many games in the first place) or go play the games at friends houses. When I finally got older, I bought myself a playstation 2. that one was just okay, but I had a hard time with it because I didn't have much gaming experience and found all the buttons confusing at times.

Now I have both the nintendo wii and their portable ds lite. Finally, I am hooked. I love the Wii for when I have company or just want to play with my boyfriend, and the ds is great for my morning commute or even just lounging around in bed. It's safe to say that I am now finally hooked on gaming thanks to the new nintendo systems.

When I was around 8, my uncle got us our first nintendo, that got me hooked instantly.
And then a few years back, I bought myself a ps2 and really got into hardcore gaming as well. And now there's no going back. I'm planning to get a new gen console really soon as well. Probably the xbox 360.

I gotta say.. PS. Great games.. I got addicted by FF9. Awesome RPG which made me replay it for 4 times. Besides, there are other games like Harvest Moon. PS introduced me to the world of console gaming.

I was a Nintendo girl. I remember playing Mario with my mom. I remember that duck hunting game too. I never got to play Atari much, but when I did, it was fun. I was always into playing arcade games too, like 'Galaga'.

Nintendo was my first console. Back when I was 6 I loved games like Tank or Contra and those which required special gun to shoot ie.Duck Hunt. Then was Comodore 64 (I never had Atari). I remember Comodore games were all written on cassettes so I could coppy them with my Hi-Fi xD xD xD

sega genesis was my first console when i was real little. i think gamecube really brought out the video gamer in me:)

Hi 060157. My parents had an Atari. My brother and I weren't allowed to play on it though. I remember for Easter one year my brother and I had spent the weekend at my Dad's house. We came back home to my Mother to find a brand new Super Nintendo sitting on top the television. That was it. My brother and I would spend hours playing games together. Taking turns winning and losing. Ah...the fun.:P

Well, I had Atari and an NES before it, but my addiction started when I got a Super Nintendo with Super Mario World and Mario Paint. Before then, I didn't play video games that much.

It was a playstation one, when i was about six years old, i got hooked on Some racing games including Muppets: racemania Which defined my love of racing/ driving games which i still have today, with my Xbox360 and Xbox original.
