But just in case, I don't really think there is an easy way to lose weight, unless it is to not gain it in the first place! But even that might be hard for some people. It's a combination of things, and not just one thing, that would probably work. A combo of the right diet, exercise, not skipping breakfast and low stress would make it easy I think...anything else would make it more difficult! If you're not very fat, you should immediately stop worrying about it because the stress of worrying will kill your chances of losing weight easily....or so I have heard! Maybe you could try joining one of those diet websites, so you have a schedule to follow...to help you be disciplined about your "weight loss" program. All the best to you!
