Sean Connery retired from acting way back in 2005. He was even considered to reprise his role as Indiana Jones' father for the forthcoming Indy movie but he begged off. What is your opinion on this?
I can't think of anyone who has better earned his retirement than Connery. He has great credits in his career...especially as Bond. He was terrific as Indy's father and I am sad that he isn't going to be in the new movie, but he can be written out of the new movie. I am not sure the new movie will be so great considering all the actors are so much older now. But it will be worth watching just because it is part of the series. I watch League of Extrordinary Gentlemen frequently.
