Need help with myLot banners

I want to add a banner to my blog and website. I know how to save the image and upload it but when I do that it's just an image and doesn't do anything. I want to make it clickable so that when someone clicks on it it will take them to my referral page. Can someone please give me the code to do that? Thanks
