Best Handheld GPS?

Hello friends! Well I'm thinking of buying my husband a handheld GPS for our anniversary. My budget is less than $200, I want something simple and easy to program that we can use for a drive or camping, hiking and etc.
What do you think is the best one? any suggestions? Thank you!
