Do you buy your pet medications online or at the vet?

I like to get my frontline plus online but I often get my heartguard from the vet because otherwise its not guaranteed. Buying online is usually cheap for both, but I don't want to take the risk with the heartguard. How about you? Where do you buy from? Have you had better luck with one website over another

I buy frontline for both my cats and dogs and the dogs heartworm prevention from http://www.countrysidepet.com because it's the cheapest that I've found so far. I hope the heartworm prevention works ok but with money being so darned tight I have to cut back some how and I hope I don't pay for it later on.

I've always bought mine right from the vet although the only thing I've ever had to buy is Advantage for the dog and now for the cat. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Hello ma_belle, I always buy my pet medications at the vet and not on-line. I haven't tried buying it on-line but I do surf on-line to get information about my pet health care and medications. :-)

I normally buy my flea medication, for my cats, from my vet. One, because the price is decent and two, they are right down the street so they are very convenient when it comes time to give them their flea medication. I have considered buying it online because if I buy it in bulk (6 mo. supply) I get a decent discount. However, if I ordered it monthly, it would be just about the same price as buying it from the vet. In your case, if you are more comfortable buying it from the vet, then I would do that. No one can put a price on your baby's health.
